Message	wtf are you talking about? I've seen numerous Z's with the 'Rust Prevention Packages'. In fact my first Z had it. They sprayed that black shit (cosmoline) everywhere. It was horrible. Though my current black TTZ doesnt have it because it was from Arizona, where rust isnt a problem.
